G-Gel 102V

G-GEL™ 102V – Cyclomethicone based bentonite gel, strongest balance between formulation flexibility, thickening efficacy, and cost.

The 102V is the workhorse in the G-Gel portfolio, with excellent performance in all silicone focused color cosmetic and water-in-silicone emulsions.

G-GEL™ products represent a dramatic improvement in organically modified bentonite clay. Traditionally used in cosmetic applications as a primary rheological additive to build thixotropic viscosity, Applechem has made them even easier to use, with great advances made in viscosity efficacy, formulation flexibility, and overall product stability. This stability (i.e. no syneresis) is a hallmark of Applechem products, and helps ensure that you have consistent viscosity results from one production lot to the next.

Extremely stable gel, no separation or syneresis over time.
Best-in-class versatility, can be used to thicken every class of oil – reduces need for gels in specific carrier oils.
Greatly improved suspension and thickening efficacy, nearly twice as effective verses traditional bentonite gels in the same class.
