Features & Benefits
Evicide® PBS is a mixture of Phenoxyethanol, Benzyl Alcohol and Potassium Sorbate. Phenoxyethanol and Benzyl Alcohol belong to the family of aromatic alcohols and are pH independent. This group of actives is well known for many functions; among others their pleasant smell. Evicide® PBS has a faint, delicate rose-like aroma and significant preservative effect. Potassium Sorbate is another well known powerful preservative and a strong fungicide. In combination these three preservatives create a strong preservative effect in a broad pH spectrum.

Applications
Evicide® PBS performs as an efficient preservative at any pH-level up to 6.0. The best results are obtained in emulsions and surfactant based products. Face care, body lotions, baby creams or deodorants but also toiletries can be perfectly preserved with Evicide® PBS at low formulation costs.
