Evicare® PGS is highly efficient emulsifier for oil-in-water (O/W) systems. It can be
applied in any emulsion type, from soft to rich and with varying viscosities.
Evicare® PGS is composed of Polyglyceryl-3 Stearate, which has been manufactured
from the renewable vegetable sources rape seed and palm oil. It is thus completely
natural and PEG-free.

Applications
Evicare® PGS is a highly versatile emulsifier, which can be used in the preparation of a number of different emulsion types, such as lotions, sprays, creams, etc. At the same time application could not be easier – simply add Evicare® PGS to the oil phase and melt it together with the other components. Emulsification is then accomplished by standard homogenization process. Many different textures can be achieved through modification of the additional ingredients such as co-emulsifiers, texturizers and rheology modifiers.
