Description
Citropol® HA is an emollient with a non-volatile, silicone-like sensory profile. Its medium viscosity and lightweight feel make Citropol HA a viable alternative to dimethicone 100 cPs.
Citropol HA imparts distinct lubricating properties with rich shine and feel in personal care and cosmetics formulations, even in concentrations as low as 1%. Citropol HA is compatible in skin care, hair care, deodorant, antiperspirant, and color cosmetic applications.

Citropol HA adds 10% MORE VOLUME in hair than dimethicone alternatives, while reducing frizz with very little buildup!
– Citropol 1A, H and HA produce less build-up on hair after use than Dimethicones. Less build-up and residue makes Citropol 1A, H, & HA a great addition to any haircare product and allow for less frequent hair washing.
– The use of Citropol 1A, HA, & H protect hair against the heat damage with a flat iron at 450°F.
Skin Performance:
– Citropol HA imparts a silky, second-skin feel to skin care products that closely mimics Dimethicone 100. Citropol HA provides improved spreadability and slip to formulations that will enhance the experience and aesthetic of the finished product.
