Description
Cellular renewal activator
Definition: Phyto-active ingredient titrated in citric acid, obtained by hydroglycolic extraction from nono leaves, a shrub native of Marquesas Islands, Polynesia.
Mode of action: Traditionally used for soothing insect bites and burns, the nono, particularly rich in citric acid (a major constituent of the Krebs cycle) has regenerating and tonic properties. It is also known for its antibacterial action due to its richness in anthraquinones.
CITRIFOLINE at 1% increases the fibroblasts cellular metabolism activity under tired and stressed culture conditions.
Water Soluble.
