AKOSHINE PEARL POWDER is the dried powder obtained from natural pearls of mollusca. The pearl powder is mainly constituted by aragonite, which is a crystallized form of calcium carbonate (CaCO3), held together by the protein conchioline. Trace elements and minerals, such as sodium and phosphore, complete its composition. When applied to skincare, the pearl powder can be used in sunscreen products thanks to its UV reflector and properties. In addition, it may help to improve skin texture, tone, clarity and to minimize the appearance of pores.
