Description
Sensitive skin smoother
Definition: Phyto-active ingredient obtained by hydroglycolic extraction from the blue ageratum leaves.
Mode of action: Symbol of confidence in the language of plants, ageratum is traditionally used in French Polynesia and Madagascar for its soothing and analgesic properties. Because of its composition including polyphenols (chlorogenic acid) and flavonoids (kaempferol), AGERALINE UP is particularly suitable for treating damaged or fragile skin, through an effect which modulates the release of inflammation mediators.
AGERALINE UP at 1% inhibits by 39% the liberation of prostaglandins 2 (PGE2) by keratinocytes aggressed with phorbol myristate acetate (PMA).
